What is BPC-157?
BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound 157), also known as PL 14736, is a synthetic 15-amino-acid pentadecapeptide derived from a partial sequence of human gastric juice protein. Its sequence is Gly-Glu-Pro-Pro-Pro-Gly-Lys-Pro-Ala-Asp-Asp-Ala-Gly-Leu-Val with a molecular weight of approximately 1,419.5 Da. First characterized in published research in the 1990s, BPC-157 has been studied across more than three decades of peer-reviewed research models for its interactions with cytoprotective pathways, angiogenic signaling, and tissue research applications. Also referenced in the literature as PL 14736 or BPC 157, it is supplied as a lyophilized powder for laboratory reference use. Triumphant Labs BPC-157 is provided strictly for in vitro research applications and is not approved for human or animal use.
